This inspection report was subject to a review in November 2024. The report contains a total of 9 Critical Actions of which two are assessed as implemented. One recommendation is superseded by a recommendation in a subsequent Inspectorate report and progress will be monitored in that later report. The other six recommendations are not yet implemented, but action is ongoing.
