This inspection report was subject to a further review in August 2023, following the publication of the Fourth Progress Report of the Inter-agency Implementation Group, which you can read here.
This report contained a total of 24 recommendations, and 103 associated actions.
In total, seven recommendations and 52 associated actions are considered by the Inspectorate to be fully implemented. While one of the overall recommendations was rejected, six out of seven actions associated to this recommendation have been accepted and action taken to address them. Of the 103 actions, five are rejected.
As there is ongoing action to address the other seventeen recommendations and 46 associated actions, the Inspectorate will continue to monitor progress.
